John Bradlow

John, a chartered
accountant and graduate of the Harvard Business School, has been
active in investment, commercial and merchant banking for over
35 years. As a senior executive of the Bank of Montreal, he was
responsible at various stages for the Bank's corporate finance,
project finance and international activities. Subsequently he
founded Private Equity Management Corporation (Pemco) which
operated as a specialist manager of institutional funds invested
in small and mid-sized enterprises. In 1998, Penfund Management
Limited, a subsidiary of CIBC, acquired Pemco. After having been
sold by the CIBC in 2000, Penfund became an independent entity
now owned by John and three other partners.
John has acted as a witness to the National Energy Board, the
House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance and the Senate
Banking Committee. He served for many years as a director of the
Canadian Venture Capital Association and has served as a
director of several public and private companies.

Barry Yontef

Barry has more than 25
years of diverse operating and transaction experience in public
and private debt and equity markets. Barry began his career with
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (now CIBC World Markets) and
became head of the Bank's Project Financing Group. He later
joined Burns Fry Limited (now BMO Nesbitt Burns) and specialized
in public market corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and
corporate restructuring advisory work. He subsequently went into
merchant banking and then joined Private Equity Management
Corporation several years prior to its acquisition by Penfund.
Barry has a B.Com. from the
University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from the University of
Chicago.

Richard Bradlow

Richard has more than 14
years of experience as an investor, financial advisor and
entrepreneur. As an investment banker with Scotia Capital he
specialized in debt and equity financings and merger and
acquisition mandates. His work focused on corporate clients in
the communications, media, and technology sectors. Prior to
joining Scotia Capital, Richard co-founded a successful retail
and distribution business.
Richard has a B.A.
from the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from
Harvard University. He is a Director of the Canadian Venture Capital Association, a Trustee of The Bishop Strachan
School Foundation and a former Director of The Cutaneous
Lymphoma Foundation.

Adam Breslin

Adam has more than 13 years of
experience as a strategy consultant, entrepreneur and investor. He began
his career as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he
provided strategic and operational consulting to Fortune 1000 companies.
Adam later joined Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., where he was as an equity
analyst covering the media and publishing sectors. He then served as CEO
of Excentia, a venture-capital backed e-learning and corporate training
company that he co-founded. Immediately prior to joining Penfund, Adam
was an investment professional at Imperial Capital, a mid-market
oriented private equity fund.
Adam has a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton
School. He is a Director of Gesco Industries Inc.

Nancy Turnbull

Nancy has more than 13 years of
administrative/operations experience in the financial industry. Nancy
began her career with Private Equity Management Corporation which was
subsequently acquired by Penfund. She is responsible for management of
Penfund's back office, including management information systems,
payroll, banking relations, money market investments, accounting,
reporting and general liaison with institutional investors and investee
companies.
Nancy has an Hon. BSc. from Laurentian University.

Justin Dumitrescu

Prior to joining Penfund, Justin worked in the Investment Banking
division of Scotia Capital where he was involved in M&A and
financing transactions across a variety of industries.
Justin holds a HBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business
at the University of Western Ontario.

Ari
Kopolovic

Prior to joining Penfund, Ari
worked at Cormark Securities in investment banking, where he was
involved in listing transactions, financings, and M&A mandates. He also
worked as a research associate covering large-cap financial
institutions. Ari has prior experience at OMERS Private Equity in
Toronto and Macquarie Capital Funds in London, UK, where he worked in
the Airports division.
Ari has a B.A. and a
J.D. from University of Toronto, and a Masters in Management
from the Judge Business School at Cambridge University.
